Oh my gosh Pogs! I was into those but I don’t even remember what the deal was, lol! Round coins or something…

I remeber there were non-name brand ones, and you weren’t allowed to call them Pogs… we (being nerdy high school age students) likened it to how you couldn’t call all soda a Coke (… is a Pepsi okay?)

I remember watching a trailer for a movie that I always wanted to see when it was out in theaters. I recently remembered the movie and looked it up. I thought it was from 5 years ago... come to find out.. it was 13 years ago.

My Uncle gave me a keyboard and it matches the mouse my parents gave me to play with a long time ago. Both still work.

Back then companies were taking pride in providing quality products.

Today, quality is a foreign word and their interests focus only on the profit

In Europe (EU) they are working on a new law for products -> products have to live 10 years before getting broken or can be fixed / repaired until the age of 10.
Hope this will end the sale of minor products/ rubbish.

There's a Ben Franklin 5 & 10 that is still up and running in my grandma's hometown (unless COVID put it out of business).
