Crossing the Road
I haven't seen an ice cream truck in a few years but we do have paleteros, Hispanic men who sell ice cream out of push carts.

Pain-free sleep! I can't even remember what that was like. Or sleeping straight through the night without waking up. I think if that happened to me now it would freak me out! "Hey... why is it so bright outside?"I remember... back when I could fall asleep easily... and then sleep the sleep of the young, the innocent, and the pain-free!!!
Yeah... now, if I could just relive those days...
Nah... if I slept like that now... it would be because I was dead.

Whoa did you just bring up a lot of memories! My mother loved Exposition Park. We spent a lot of time there when I was growing up. I took classes at the natural history museum every summer. My mom could spend hours strolling through the rose garden. We saw some of the 1984 summer Olympics at the Coliseum.Plenty of those in Exposition Park in CA.
Mine quarters are for the parking meter. I’ve gotten more than enough parking tickets in the past.My quarters are saved for Aldi carts and spring water. We have a spring water company about 25 mins away that sells it for 25¢ a gallon. Much better than our crappy tap water, which has been testing high in all sorts of nasty things. The town has given us a notice once a month saying that the levels aren't dangerous in the short term but in the long term, could cause cancers
My town usually flags for arsenic. That's reassuring.Much better than our crappy tap water, which has been testing high in all sorts of nasty things. The town has given us a notice once a month saying that the levels aren't dangerous in the short term but in the long term, could cause cancers
The water here in El Paso is gross. It tastes bad.My town usually flags for arsenic. That's reassuring.
I specifically turn off location on the photos/videos to prevent others from knowing where the photo was taken. Not to mention it's nice having a photo location tagged so I have a idea as the where I took it.
