I have a similar problem with a neighbour cat who comes in the run and coop to eat chicken feed.
When my chickens free range, I always put the door on a hinge and leave a small opening. If I make the opening so small the cat can’t come in, the chickens can’t either.
Any ideas to solve this ‘problem’ are welcome.

I have the opposite problem - the chickens eat all the cat food.

Eliminate the cat.

Depends on whether or not you want eggs. Cat food is much higher in protein than the commercial chicken feed you buy.
