I'm so old I Remember when:

Yeah. Can't help but think making a decent living is harder for young people today. Multiply it by 10 for inflation - $48,000/year is about $23.00/hour, way above minimum wage. Then imagine there's any place to rent for $650.00, including utilities.
We were married 1967 and our first apartment was a third floor renovated attic. No hot water, heat was from a "side by side" stove. The rent was $45/month including utilities.

When my son was younger, he wanted to be a paleontologist. Needless to say, everything was dinosaurs. We became quite the experts. I think it's funny how scientists today say that some dinos had feathers or stripes when, not that long ago, all dinos were green or gray. Just wait about 10 more years, more will come out and science will, once again, prove itself wrong
That's the true beauty of science. There's always something "new" to discover. You just have to keep looking!
