I'm so old I Remember when:

Nadia Comăneci turns 64 today. 😳 In 1976, at age 14, she was the first gymnast to be awarded a perfect score of 10 at the Olympics. I still think of her as a teenage girl!

Man, I loved watching her perform in the Olympics. One of my all time favorites along with Olga Korbut. Nadia is still married to Bart Connor. Their gymnastics training center is less than 10 miles from my house. I've never met them but my son has when he did a bit of electrical work there.

I don't hate my phone, so much, but I do hate that they're always updating...something. It was just fine before!

I haven't seen too much of that, but I've noticed a major increase in AI videos on youtube. Like at least half of them seem to be AI now.
Even the "real people" use filters to "smoothen their features"

Oh wait up. I've seen this before. "Veteran Gets Denied Entry, What Happens Next is Astounding!" along with AI photo for the thumbnail, and though I've never clicked on the video, the preview shows AI slop.

Did those come with a toy?

I remember hearing about cracker jacks in Charlotte's' Web and being disappointed when the ones we got didn't come with anything worth it in them.
No. These were individual serving packets of breakfast cereal. They came either 8, 10, or 12 boxes in a variety pack, depending on the manufacturer. They were convenient for camping trips or when Mom had early an appointment and couldn't prepare breakfast before we headed out to school. No toys involved. Cracker Jack is a snack.

How do I get on that program? That sounds awesome!
Look for concierge medical providers in your area. Some are expensive but some are very reasonable and as its popularity is increasing, prices are coming down.

Concierge providers typically limit their practice to a set number of patients so you want to find one that's just starting up and get in on the ground floor.

It's medicine as it used to be: a one-on-one relationship with a doctor who isn't muzzled by an insurance company, doesn't have administrators looking over their shoulder, and is only accountable to YOU - not pharmaceutical companies.

Memorex is a brand that used to make tapes, moved on to CDs and optical media, and I think if I'm not mistaken is trying to come back.

Old people, please correct me if I'm wrong.
Yes... Memorex was a music recording media. Mainly in cassette form from the 70's.
