I'm so old I Remember when:

I don't care what they call it just so they do it. Didn't we go all trendy with it in the 60's, with Mother Earth News, Organic Gardening, learning to throw pots and macramé, making our own yogurt (I still do!) and bake whole wheat bread (that too, lol!), sew our own clothes, juice and make jams and jellies, can the things we grew ... all as if we'd just discovered it? Let them!

M.E.N. and O.G. magazines are two of my absolute all time favorites.

We same back-to-nature types also used these when our little Earth babies were ready to wean.

But everything was so much more affordable, and things lasted. Like 50 years for a refrigerator!

My Kenmore washer & dryer are 37 years old and our farm tractors are almost 50 years old.

I bet still going strong too! I love old farm tractors! I worked at a White Farm Equipment dealer in the 80`s. Whenever we got an old tractor in on trade I got to clean them up and fix everything on them! I really enjoyed that!
