Hoot! Ok. My husband loves country music - me….not so much.

That’s so weird- when I was a teenager my grandfather found a cracked and disemboweled cassette tape in a parking lot. He took it home and put it back together and gave it to me. And it was a Lynyrd Skynyrd tape too!
So you're the one who threw it in the creek! That’s so weird- when I was a teenager my grandfather found a cracked and disemboweled cassette tape in a parking lot. He took it home and put it back together and gave it to me. And it was a Lynyrd Skynyrd tape too!

I can remember when the rivers and streams in SW PA and WV were orange. They were starting to get them cleaned up when I left the area.…and speaking of creeks: I’m so old I remember when one could spend half a day traipsing up and down a creek bed, looking for crawfish, and just exploring. Good old days!

It was drainage from all the coal mines.Oh wow! That’s unsettling. Not good. No telling what all was dumped where back in the day.

I have a very old sled that one of my relatives made from scratch, including metal runners!me, too. When my children were small, the kids on the big sledding hill laughed at my "old-fashioned relic" ... until they watched me fly! Then they were all over me, asking where they could get one, too!
