In Denver we had Cinderella City, with a ginormous, probably 60-foot tall Cinderella holding a glass shoe aloft in her upstretched hand, spinning slowly in the central court ... yeah, malls were truly ... magical.

The Mall across from my first house was actually a cow field when I bought. Then it became a huge bustling mall.
Now it turning back into a cow field.

I was big into that at one point. Home made movies. I have an old 8mm "reel to reel" machine. It still works, but the film is pretty brittle.

There are many places that will transfer that old film to a DVD. My DB did that for all of us many years ago ,,, and my kids all love to watch it with me. Every viewing triggers another memory for me and a family history story for them. That little DVD has retrieved - and triggered - more memories than any other gift I've ever received!
