They are incredibly personable and now follow me around in the yard if I let them out. Which is an issue emotionally. However, of the 5, four are now strutting at 6 weeks, and the simple fact is I absolutely cannot have more toms gobbling, I've got 2 now and that is all the noise I want to subject the neighborhood to.
When I weigh the genetic factor, I know that they do not have very goods odds of a long and healthy life.
So, I know which way this needs to go.
I guess that giving them a good life and then doing the deed quickly and humanely is probably the best way I know to approach this.
