I agree with both of you. If they don't ask, don't say. But if they do ask, be up front about it.

Your dogs won't eat the guts but all other parts besides feathers and guts will be good food, even the feet and heads.
Do your dogs eat the livers uncooked? I simply can't get any of my dogs to eat uncooked liver of any kind. They will eat small amounts of uncooked pork liver if it's almost frozen but not enough. I've resorted to either searing or dehydrating liver. I mostly just make huge batches of dehydrated liver and use it as training treats.
