I'm thinkin a Roo... Bantam sex confirmation please!

So this is Choco... my youngest son's Bantam from the Bantam bin. Have no clue on the breed but I'm thinking at about 4 weeks old this little guy is, well, a GUY

Any agreement out there? I'm just lookin at that nicely RED looking comb... and his little wattles are coming in reddish already. Not the best pic in the world but let me know please!

Probably too difficult to tell breed yes? I was thinking OEGB but i could be off. *sigh* at least its looking like only one roo... of course he's going to be the smallest other than his sissy as we only have 2 bantams, should be humerous with 17 ladies and one "man" lol...
