I can but they are all the same. I tried the trick of male vs female wing feathers but they don't have a pattern, all are the same length its not low then high like females. I heard that trick doesn't work with silkies unfortunatelyOP can you get a pic of their stretched open wing feathers?
Silkies are notoriously difficult to sex. You really do have to wait until around 4 months of age. If you are looking at crest size at this age, it is likely do to some of them having a vaulted skull, which makes their crests look bigger. It is not an indication of gender, though some breeding lines have more females that are vaulted.
