When addressing that breed of `uninformed' that can be defined as purposely ignorant (primarily local law enforcement and those on Campus who inquire out of distracted boredom, the question barely escaping the gravity of an ennui nearly so intense that they are unable to lift the glass to take another sip from their drinks) I always default to :
