I'm waiting for another set of eggs - but I have a question

I have been searching and can't seem to find what I need so now I'm asking -

I received a set of eggs today and am waiting on another - While I wait I put the current eggs in a carton in the basement, now I know they need to be turned daily so they don't settle too much (don't want that yolk to get stuck) - but does that mean tip them or does that mean turn the whole carton over gently?

Just tip them side to side...not end over end.

Just tip the sides ...I place a dish cloth on one end so it tips some and then do it the other way 3 times a day...Don't turn them over or flip them over thats a no no...

That was what I thought - but I thought I had read to turn them over and thought HUH??? LOL - I will tip them properly - thank you!
