Sorry Dapple...there is a difference between modest and ugly. Long denim skirts are universally ugly. They make every woman look like either a reject from scarecrow school, or a denim sided barn. There is no in between...barn or scarecrow. That's it!!!!

Rethink the skirt before you end up in braids, hiking boots and said skirt...the hippy version lurks in the heart of every jeans skirt.

Not all of them! I wear denim skirts all the time, and they're really nice.

I can't wear denim skirts. Last time I saw one was when I was at the county fair, and this lady looked terrible in it... Not all are bad, but this one was.
