Immediate Help

What do I do to keep it moist?
That's a real problem. Hopefully the Saran Wrap will keep it from drying out too quickly. I wouldn't put coconut oil on it the way it is now.
It's a problem because that's a really thin membrane and can absorb fluids though the process of osmosis. The oil may kill it. Water may drown it. So I'd just cover it with the plastic wrap and watch it very carefully. When it actively starts to hatch then loosen the wrap to let some air get to it.
I'm going to tag some others maybe they will have a better idea. @casportpony , @Texas Kiki, @oldhenlikesdogs

Any progress or changes?

I hate to disagree with Sean, but I always moisten the inner membrane during assists. (I hatch call ducklings, and they are almost 100% assisted hatches)
I prefer Vaseline for longer periods of waiting, but I use coconut oil also, depending on the situation.

If it’s still alive, I’ll try to explain what I would do from the last pic.

It is day 23 and it looks like it hasn’t even tried to get out of the shell. I just see it moving if I whistle at it or if I put oil on it.

Now that you have opened it, it may not try to get out on its own. Being late, I’d honestly say it’s chances are slim, but don’t give up yet. If anything, it’s a learning process.

If you can see the tip of the beak, and if there aren’t any blood vessels near it, you can try to gently split it, so that the beak can get thru and breathe air. It may still take another whole day of working with it, so just proceed slowly, a little at a time. If you can pierce the membrane by the beak enough to let it breathe, make sure the nostrils are clear too. You can use a dry q-tip. A toothpick can be used to break the membrane, just try not to rip it too quickly, they tend to tear whatever direction they want. Just large enough opening to allow breathing clear air.

Should I peel the shell very carefully if it doesn’t come out?

Not much more of the shell. Just the part over the air cell where it’s not attached to the membrane. Slowly work the membrane back out of its way like a trash bag in a trash can.

This is kinda what you are aiming for. Once it gets this far and all the membrane is moistened and out of the way, it should be able to work out on its own.
