Impacted crop in duck?

That is so sad! I actually just got an appointment for tomorrow! Finn (one of my ducks), can barely walk anymore, and I feel awful. Daisy, my other, is doing WAY better than Finn. But I have an appointment for both. Hopefully they will live through all this, I am so worried. Thank you!

Good luck! I really hope he can help. Ducks are really strong animals, and I've heard stories of them being on deaths door, and making a complete turnaround.

Just remembered, you can put some molasses in his water, if he's still drinking. It's full of good stuff, that will give him a boost, at least until you can get him to the vet. There's also a really great vitamin drink called Nutri Drench. It's kinda like pedia-lite but for animals. I picked up a bottle at our Tractor Supply store, but I think you can also get it on Amazon. It's great stuff. I pour a little into their water when the weather is nasty. Just to give their immune system a kick. I think it has molasses in it, they look exactly the same. About a tablespoon of either should help.

I agree about the Nutri-drench. It's great stuff! (For ducks. Obviously I don't eat it.)
