impacted crop?

48 hrs ago I noticed one of the hens with a full crop in the morning. I didn't get out to the coop yesterday morning early enough to get her before she got down from the roosts. She was on the roost when I went out to feed last night. I caught her and brought her into the house. She had a full crop before I fed. I confined her to a box with no food. This morning her crop is still full. There are 3 poop spots on the towel. No solids just liquid marks. How can I help her? DH threw some weeds into the run 4 days ago.

Mostly what I read is oil soaked bread, massage, vet and as a last resort crop surgery. Good luck with her.
