Impacted crop

My chickens have access to pretty much anything in the yard.
One has come down with a inflated/impacted/sour crop.
I held the chicken upside down to drain it.
The funk that came out was absolutely disgusting, mostly liquid bt the smell was like something died.
Alot came out.

At first the crop felt lie a big waterballoon, but after I drained it, I can feel the septic stuff swishin around.

I was hoping it would all fall out as I held the chicken upside down and squeezed the crop.
I did get alot of fluid out tho.

What else can I do?
Its a cuckoo maran and one of only 2 that I have.

I read thru a bunch of threads after I posted last night . . .

Its not lookin good.
Yesterday I drained all that fluid out.
Today she looks like she on deaths door.
The impaction is now hard and small, I am unable to break it up or move it with "massaging".

I am about to give her a dose of vegetable oil, and Ill go get some yogurt in a bit.

I guess thats all I can do, if it doesnt work Ill have to put an end to her suffering tomoro.

Poor thing. . .
