Importance of Candleing?

Hello, I've got eggs in the bator for the first time ever and am on day 3! Anyway, I am just wondering if it is worth candleing them if I have no clue what I am doing? Doesn't it make the temp drop quite a bit taking them out? How likely is it that eggs would explode if I just let them go? Thanks!

Candeling is not needed at all. Smell the incubator every day an if it stinks smell every egg an throw away any that stink.

I don't usually candle until day 18 when I move them from the incubator into the hatcher. If your eggs are fresh you should not have a problem with exploding eggs.
