I have two hens, both laying fine and health is good. One of them however recently broke their wing and we suspect it was from catching it on the bars of their cage. Both are pets and kept indoors with time to fly/move outdoors regularly. Would it be okay to move them from their large indoor rabbit cage to a 4 by 1 foot vivarium? Or a 3 by 2 foot one. A tray would be put on the bottom to help with cleaning but they will still get outside time. Vivs are ventilated in the back and have two glass sliding plane doors.
