Ayam Cemani certainly would be popular. I'd be interested in some of them personally.
Just IMO.. and agreeing along the lines with flyingmonkey.. it would be "better" to import birds with genes or breeds not available in the USA. Not worth importing somthing like Lav orps since Lavender and Orps are both readily available here for anybody to work with. Stock with good tails and feathering(plus good type) might be worth it as it's difficult to break the link with the ratty looking tail feathering and permanent pin feathers in the wings of (lavender)roosters.. however if somebody here has already broken that link and are producing good tailed roosters then no reason to.. in other words, not worth spending extra $ on a lavender if there are boring blacks but of much better 'type' available.. just breed the lavs with those good typy blacks.
Chocolate is something not available in USA(or very few birds?). Black/blue birds with good color plus CLEAN yellow legs would be awesome..
