This may not be the appropriate place for this question...[IMG]

I was wondering if I read the USPS website correctly. Has anyone on BYC done this? Are the fees truly several hundred dollars, or did I misinterpret that? I realize that there is probably a mountain of paperwork, which doesn't really bother me. I am just curious. Found a few eggs from various places overseas that look interesting - all western Europe & Australia - none from the countries on the "no-no list" due to importing diseases, etc. Thank you in advance for any information you may have!!

I suspect your information is correct.

I was reading about one person's account of getting cream legbar eggs to the US from the UK, and they paid a lot of money for all of the proper inspections and licenses and whatnot, just for a dozen eggs.
