Update! She is doing fine now and thank you all for all the great advice! This is an amazing group and I'm incredibly thankful to be a part of it!

Oh my gosh they all look great and real nice set up too. So happy she is doing so well. Make them a waterer they can dunk those lil heads into they need to be able to wash their nares out and their eyes too. They sure are precious lil ones.

The paint tray is full of water with rocks at the bottom so they won't drown. They have been swimming nonstop lol and there are 2 other actual waterers in the there with them. Both have ACV because I read it's good for them even if they're not sick. I'm switching out waterers soon but waiting to build one for my chickens then they will get theirs lol. Thank you all again! Also the heat lamp is heavy on one end and light on the other lol it's 84 on the hot end and 75 on the cool end. Thank you for the heads up anyway I really appreciate it!

Update! She was getting better and still seems a little better but her breathing has become labored a little and she opens her mouth a lot like she is yawning or something. Here is a pic of her infected nostril now. What do you guys think?

Is her nare hole open so she can breathe good? from here it looks like it's scabbing is that what it is? What all are you doing for her? What temp in the brooder?

Yes it does look like a scab but it seems to be getting deeper I think. In the beginning it was wetter looking and spreading fast but then turned dark and stopped spreading. Their area is 85 in the hot spot and 76 in the cool area. Plenty of water with 2 separate waterers and a paint tray pool all of which has ACV in it. Also I put neo cream on her before I go to bed and in the morning. It's hard to keep it on her beak lol.

I know they wash everything off as soon as we put it on and at their age they need water and food 24/7 so can't take that away.

I am at a loss to know what the mouth breathing is about unless she is over heated. Might try raising the lamp up a bit and see if it makes a difference. As for the place on her bill what about the other side what does it look like?

I can only encourage a vet if you don't feel like it is healing good.

There are other products on the market like Veterycin spray for wounds and infections [feed store or TSC]

She has such a sweet face I hope she gets through this.

The other side is fine and the crazy thing is is that it had the same issue but it cleared up right away. I will try that spray and work with the temp. Thank you for your advice!
