In honor of the new school year, I thought it would be fun to do picture day for our hens/roosters. all entries must be in portrait form, preferably a picture of their head, rather than their tail. you are required to have a short caption, that includes their name, age, breed (including barnyard mix) and a cute saying about them. example below:

name: odile
age: around 5 years
breed: ameracauna or EE
All feathers, No brain.

and you can do as many chickens as you like! just make sure to have fun (and don't torture your hens to get this photo).

I wish I had seen this sooner! Suprised @Lovely Lettie didn’t discover it. Unfortunately, my chickens are pretty hard to photograph so I don’t have any good headshots. I’ll see what I can do with cropping tomorrow (it’s midnight in my time zone).
