in need help sexing a buff laced polish

I have this buff laced polish it isn't even a month old yet on the 8th it will be. It already starting to get a red comb and wattles does that mean it's a roo?

Yes that looks like a little cockerel

It's just hard to believe, everything I've read about polishes says they're very hard to sex and impossible at this young of age, but then again he is a hatchery bird I got him from ideal
