In need of a used duck wheelchair.

It's been a while since I have posted to this site. Always helpful in the past, I hope it's as helpful now.
George, our 12 yr old khaki Campbell, had surgery for a really bad bumble 3yrs ago. She never really recovered, and now is not able to keep up with her sisters, nearly unable to walk without aid of her wings.
Looking at wheelchairs that are advertised, while well intentioned and custom made, at $325, I simply cannot afford.
Is there anyone who can suggest an alternative, plans, or even the purchase of a used roller without being so expensive?

Have you looked on you tube I understand there are even some who show how to make one yourself.
