In need of advice and support

I'm sorry you're stuck in this situation but unfortunately if your neighborhood says no chickens allowed then no chickens are allowed.

The $200 you just spent... What exactly did you spend it on?

Is it your neighborhood that says no chickens allowed or is it your city?
Its our city i live in waterford michigan city ordinance is 5 acres to own 5 chickens and the 200 dollars was for the application fee which i feel is way to high
