Welcome to BYC. I don't know much about turkeys but have read that they sometimes need a chicken chick to teach them about eating and water etc. I'm guessing turkeys are not the brightest bulb in the chandelier.

Let's start with the basics. You should be feeding them a turkey or gamebird starter 24-28% protein. For the first 8 weeks poults can be challenging as they find all kinds of creative ways to commit suicide. For that number of birds, you need at least a 40 sq ft brooder for the first 8 weeks. Bigger is better. I use an 8X8 for 3 weeks and then move them to portable 8x8 shelters outside. You'll also need head room as they'll be flying well by 3 weeks or sooner and will perch on anything they can. Best of luck to you
