In Search of 2 Recipes from N. Syracuse and one from VT

Hi There....

I'm look for 2 specific recipes and I'm hoping someone out there can help me. One is from N. Syracuse, NY a store called Williams used to make a raspberry ring, which my father absolutely loved. William's is no longer there, but I'd love to try and recreate it for him. It was, if I remember correctly a sort of danish pastry ring filled with a vanilla cream and raspberry glaze type filling.

The 2nd one is from VT. I would love to make Apple Cider Doughnuts. I grew up in VT and that was always a fall favorite there and seeing fall's coming...

So.. if anyone has any of these I would appreciate it.
