Hello,
I am currently in the process of doing some research on the development of various embryonic structures, including the chorioallantoic membrane. I am seeking resources or personal anecdotes about what influences the development and closure of it. I have some evidence that suggests that turning eggs in two dimensions rather than one can improve closure rates of the CAM later in incubation, but I like crowdsourcing, and any experiences with factors that influence the CAM would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

This might help you out.
There is a follow up study done by Bristol University I think but I'm not sure if it's been published.
