If you went through a vein and it didn't bleed, it's probably ready. I would imagine with so much chick exposed with no bleeding, the veins have already receded. It won't hurt to let it try to get out on it's own, but worst case scenario the yolk isn't fully absorbed yet and you have to leave it like that...I would wanna be home in that case.

So, do help it out, and if the yolk isn’t fully absorbed I can deal with it, leave and hurry back?

I can't say for sure, personally I'd probably leave it till I was back and see if it gets out on it's own.

At this point, it's probably pretty stuck and wouldn't get out by itself anyway...it won't hurt the chick to leave it until at least you come back. And I would also candle and see what is going on with all of your other eggs!

I just got home, and found this

It’s butt is still stuck to the shell, any advice?

The chick also is opening and closing its mouth a lot, and wiggling a ton

It looks fine
You could pull the membrane away near the shell and just let it detach from the chick's naval on it's own.
