We had 2 feet in 1993. We usually just get ice storms that we call snow. 2 or 3 inches is a good snow here. This makes the 3ed snow I have seen here my whole life over 5 inches. 2 feet in 1993, 6 inches I think it was last year an 9 inches now.

This was last year...

I have to show these photos to my son. He just spent 2 yrs. in GA. I guess you guys had a pretty bad ice storm while he was there. He was helping push cars off of the side of the road, like a highway! For a full two hrs. He didn't take a winter coat or winter gloves, he was going to GA after all. Some man yelled out his window at him, hey, need some gloves? I own a glove shop, come get some I have here in the car. What? he he..then of course, he starts shivering after a while, and some woman comes up to him, says, you are an angel, here, take this coat. All he could think was, the Lord is awesome. :) Then summer comes, and those lightening storms. I lived in Florida, so I remember those! And it rained a bit every day I do believe. WE lived clear at the top too..Fernandina Beach, close to Jacksonville.

I24 between Nashville an Chattanooga cuts threw my little part of Georgia. It was covered in 4 inches of solid ice this morning. State messed up. I think all the salt trucks were guarding Atlanta.
