Adorable
Rebel, In the 60's and 70's my friend used to show and breed Shelties - I regarded them as cold fish, very reserved and wary of strangers, and the nervous barking drove me nuts. My friend didn't like my Cockers because they were "up in your face" friendly and only barked till you acknowledged their presence., I'm not saying either is right or wrong - that's what the standard wanted, I guess (never read sheltie SOP)
Even the pet type Shelties, if you watch agility trials on tv - bark and bark and bark and spin and bark till I have to mute the show. I could not tolerate a dog like that. They are so darn hyper.
