Rebel, looks like the frame that holds the wood in place is wooden also...so I guess by the end, the whole thing is a pile of ashes?

My next question is...where are the hot dogs & marshmallows?

You would think the whole thing would go up like a roman candle but no, all that burns is the bottom logs an it goes out when the last log burns.

Columbian Wyandottes, but not true to standard. Some of them have single combs instead of rose combs, and two of them have too much of the dark feathering. But I'm not interested in show standard, I'm interested in quality of character. They're friendly, docile, and great egg layers.

They always look so stately and noble. They are gorgeous regardless.
