I got no idea. Someone shared one of those heartfelt made up stories on Facebook an had this picture with it. The pictured had nothing to do with the story. Didn't care for the story but the picture hit me right in the feals. so I shared it here.

I googled it an its a hunger games fan art. Is supposed to be Peeta, Katniss and thier children. The description makes it sound like it is an actual moment in one of the books. Does not say who the artist is though.
