but they are so delicious!!! How the octopus "snucked" in Russian cuisine i don`t know (although previously they had never been there, perhaps - the Chinese are infected with this habit), and they began to prepare all the housewives. At one time they were very expensive, but then appeared to even small and modest shops. There in brine, there is marinated, there are frozen. Octopus with seaweed, noodle. We even began to eat their with potatoes, but potatoes in China with them like no one eats.
Sometimes restaurants are more expensive than simply catering and sell sufficiently large octopus, chopped pieces with different hot spices.
Frankly, it was the main reason why I became my spare time to learn Chinese - I got interested in their cooking forums.
