Lol, It`s Paxillus involutus. This mushroom is considered deadly poisonous in Europe. But in Russia, evolution is going somewhere the other way, so for some reason this mushroom is absolutely not poisonous for russians. I do not know what this is connected with, perhaps during the wars our ancestors ate too many different mushrooms.

Actually, for this dish it was necessary to take a meat grinder, but I was too lazy to wash it, so I cut mushrooms anyhow with a knife. In general, this is very cheap food, mushrooms grow in the forest for free, hens give a lot of eggs, so i can cook such nonsenses.
