Yeah, I'm usually comic relief everywhere I go. A shining example of what not to do!

Except you are not alone. I found a "nest box" out on the patio after I'd read your thread. This morning, I had Marcy sitting there and a queue of one waiting... It's as if they'd read your story and thought "ooh, let's do that too)

They've probably got laptops stashed up in the coop and have created their own accounts. I wouldn't put it past them.

It's a nice design.....would like to see a mesh front tho.

Finally done. The brooder was finished last week but I had to make the table to sit it on since it's kinda big. 3'x8' and 29" high.

Awesome build. I want one of those!!! Are those handles on bottom right for a pull out tray, or for lifting it?

Lifting, but they are too low. I'll have to modify it and raise them up a little so it's easier to get your fingers under.

or greedy people like me. If you put flyscreen over that, it'd be a brilliant idea for a buffet picnic lunch. Just put all the food inside, no flies!
