Don't incubate. They recommend not incubating because with two chicks inside there are more problems and often both don't survive. I'd tend to cook it for my animals.

I wouldn't eat it and I wouldn't incubate it. So that really only leaves one option.

Don't incubate. Unknowingly did that once and had terrible results... one deformed and dead, one alive but deformed that had to be put down.
