Incubating And Setting Eggs By The Moon- Aug 27-28

Oh my... so I had one that was due this monday and 4 ( was 5 but one dud) due Wednesday... well the one due Monday is starting to pip under mama. Just was cleaning out the coop and was stuffing some more hay in her side of the coop and saw the little beak poking out. Wow is that early or what. Hope she will sit until Wednesday for the other 4!!

Do you have a way to incubate just incase she does not??

I have a friend who is about 20 minutes away with an incubator. Baby is still minimally pipped as she was this afternoon. Hoping it hatches ok...let's wait and see. Fingers crossed on all of them

I can hear baby chicks in their eggs and 3 eggs have the beginning of pipping, I sure got my fingers crossed.

Well so far 10 chicks hatched and 1 egg pipping, if they don't all hatch I will go 3 more days in case some are late bloomers

Wooo HOoo guys I have one little chickie doo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She pipped, zipped, and hatched last night after I went to bed. The last thing I did last night is look at the eggs and didn't see anything, but there she was this morning!!!!!
