Incubating Chickens in a town that forbids Chickens?

If the town I am in does not allow chickens to be raised in your backyard, is it illegal to incubate chickens inside your own home?

I don't know if its illegal to have them in the home

I am from Avon, CT and am having a real hard time seeing if it is illegal to have chickens in general. I cant find it on the town site. Can anyone help me???

What are your plans for when they are done slow-cooking and you actually do have illegal chickens?

You guys are too funny. Craigslist has gotten me more customers than I even know what to do with right now. So many people want different types of 1 day old chicks. I dont know what to do! lol
