Incubating duck eggs - advice needed!

Hi,
I've had many successful duckling hatches in the incubator in the past - most of which have been from incubating the eggs from day 1, and a few of which have been from rescuing the eggs when the a mother has stopped sitting on them for various reasons.

One of my call ducks was spooked off her nest last week, so I brought her eggs in and put them in the incubator. I candled them this morning to see how they're looking, and they're definitely alive (lots of wriggling going on in there!), but I'm worried that the air sacs are too small. As the mother started off the incubation I'm not exactly how many days development they're on, but from the look of them I'd estimate approximately day 22 (my calls usually take around 26).
I've had the incubator set at 55-60% humidity, which has worked for me in the past, but I'm wondering if I should lower it for a day or two and start misting the eggs to try and get the air sacs a little bigger?

Any advice/ideas would be much appreciated, I really don't want to loose these ones as (judging by their mother and father) they're going to be real beauties! Thanks!
