Incubating duck eggs!!!/ hatch along for any bird

I only have the hovobater how long does he stay tgere. I have lites. But he is only one. Why does this not let pics go through. Everything I try it does nothing

U can leave him in the bator till he's nice and fluffy. They absorb yolk into the abdomen, so food isn't required till about 24 hours. U can fees him poultry feed. Wet it and make a mash

Hey there - my ducks are due yesterday - only one external pip. how do you know if they have internally pipped? i'm guessing you are candling but I read I was supposed to keep lid on the bator until fluffy for humidity...?

I know they were trying to internally pip because I was doing my last candle before lockdown, on day 30 you can check your eggs to see how they are doing

Awesome! Thanks - it's hard to be patient!! my kids are doing better than me!

I couldn't see so much/don't know what to look for when I candled at lockdown - maybe I'll do more research for next time! I could see the air sack clearly and the mass of the duckling but there appeared to still be a bit of yolk to absorb yet. Yay! So excited - this has been a long 25 days of turning...looking forward to meeting our little guys/girls!
