Incubating duck eggs

Help please! I'm animal sitting while my sister is outta town. She had to take the eggs from mama duck because she almost destroyed one and messed another one up. The egg is missing a good bit of shell but membrane is intact. It seems like it's struggling to get out. What do I do?

He was able to get a little pip but it too so long for him to hatch that I decided to help. The membrane had dried out and I had to use tweezers to get him outta the egg. I wish I had done it sooner but I didn't wanna break him out too soon and mess anything up. I'm new to this. But anyways he's fine. Scared the hell outta me and I felt horrible but he's ok now.

I had one do this last year! Same thing... I helped him out with a tweezer because the membrane had dried out. So glad he's doing well!
