Thanks for that, I have a Janoel-10 mini incubator and without the assistance of a seperate thermometer incubation would be a disaster as the temperature is highly variable to what is displayed on the thermostat on the incubator. However I am keeping records at regular intervals during the day and keeping on top of things. This is my second attaempt, my first attempt was a dozen Jersey Giant eggs of which 5 had fully formed but never hatched however I put this down to the discrepencies with the thermostat but hopefully it will work out this time.
