I once bought fertile cochin eggs from a guy that incubated for 3 days prior to shipping to insure fertility. It was the best hatch I ever had. I have heard of others doing the same. I saw a thread where a gal talked about it and was told by other members it was impossible. Is there anyone out there who has actually done this and can speak from experience? If you have done this successfully, please share your method! Thanks!

Haven't seen any studies but have heard of several people that swear by it.

Weird, never heard of it! Wouldnt the embryos die in transit..cause the temp drops?

This would be a great experiment. I would volunteer, except I have my bators off for awhile, and it will be getting cold here any day now.

You would need to send 12 three day old eggs an 12 fresh ones that are marked as a a control....

Wouldn't mine hatching some like this in front of my web-cam...

I've never heard of this! When I read the title of your thread, I thought you must have miss-typed. Wow, what potential.
