Incubating eggs from different days

So I have never tried incubating eggs before.... Can you add eggs to the incubator on different days? As long as I am writing the days they were put in? I have a beautiful easter egger rooster I am going to have to find a new home for but I would like to try and hatch a few chicks before I do.

Save them eggs up and set them on the same day.

Staggered hatches are a pain.
