My ducks are still laying and I was wondering if I could get away with incubating some more before they stop for the winter.. do you think they will still be viable so late in the year or will the hatch rate be very low. Would it be worth getting the incubator out again..

Incubating will be the only way to know for sure. The ducklings may not be as vigorous as those from eggs early in the production season. I'd give a vitamin/mineral supplement and up the protein for a few days before collecting the eggs for setting. If they're still breeding, they should be viable.
The ducklings should be fine after a bit, they can take cold at a much earlier age than chickens.

They would live in a brooder with a heat lamp for the first 4 weeks and them be moved to a shed with heat lamp and plenty of beddimg untill fully featherd. I just wasn't sure if it be wasting my time. (And electric haha)

I don't see how the time of year that the egg is laid will have much to do with the viability of the egg itself, as long as the eggs are collected promptly and not left out in the cold. I didn't see your location on your profile, how cold is it there? Like you said it will probably cost a bit more time and electricitydue to the time of year but that's about it.
