incubating eggs

I am putting some eggs in the bator tomorrow evening 1/22/13 if any one wants to join me I am putting 12 Barred rock eggs 2 Black Minorca eggs and 40 plus cotornix quail eggs in the bator I will post pics every weekend and keep up to date records of how my hatch is going thanks please join in the fun

I already have eggs cooking in the bator Hatch day is the 30th, so not much longer for me! Mine are Silkies, these will be the first eggs I've hatched from my own flock

I am getting off to a late start I am putting my eggs in the bator today

I have all my eggs in the bator but I am having trouble stabiliIng the the temp the eggs have been in for about 16 hours now and the highest I go it up to is 97 degrees so I hope every thing will be ok

What kind of incubator do you have? It should be at least 99.5 if it's forced air, does it have a thermostat adjustor? Is this your first batch?

It's a still air incubator not sure what brand I have adjusted the thermoste several times it is slowly rising

What is it up to now? I pupt my eggs in late last night! I will satrt turning them either tomorrow night or Sunday morning!
